Window Fish

There were few Sockeye Salmon in the Fraser River in 2009.  There are few images of Sockeye in Vancouver. Could there possibly be a connection? Perhaps we are not "thinking fish" enough. Perhaps it is out of site, out of mind. The Foolish April Fish Campaign aims to change that. During April we will try to get as many images of fish out there. We want people to be thinking about the fish as they emerge from the river beds and make their way to the oceans.

Fish Images Challenges for April

Fish Image challenges will be posted throughout April.  The challenges will be to take specific images of fish and send them in. Images collected will be put in a Foolish April Fish Image Data Base and dsplayed on this website and on the Facebook event Page.  Our goal is to see fish on the computer.  Our goal is to get people engaged with the image of fish.

Foolish April Fish Buttons

The Foolish April Fish Campaign will work with as many groups and individuals as possible to create foolish fish buttons as well as find existing buttons that can be distributed. We want as many people wearing fish buttons as possible.
